How it works

Explore my coaching packages

I've designed two signature coaching packages to help meet you where you are. "The Get Unstuck Fast Series" which offers 3x 60 minute sessions if you have one specific challenge you'd like help with. "The Confidence Foundations Intensive" is where we do the deeper work over 6x 60 minute sessions coupled with powerful NLP techniques to create lasting change.  There's always the option to book a free Clarity Call if you're unsure which package is right for you.

Coaching

Here’s where the fun starts. Depending on the package you've selected, we'll work on breaking down the blocks that have been holding you back with my bespoke 'R.I.S.E' framework. We address the root cause, rewrite those hidden unuseful stories, reconnect with your values and get you reignited with that lost confidence.

Optional ongoing mentor support (if you need it)

If you want more coaching and mentoring after our initial six sessions, you can absolutely do so — we can arrange ongoing support however often you think you’ll need it, or book in follow-up coaching sessions on an as-needed basis.

About me

Hey, I’m Ali. I’m Singaporean born and bred, and a proud WoC. I migrated to Australia in 2004 and have worked in digital marketing for 20 years (9 in Singapore and 11 in Australia).

I’ve founded multiple businesses, including my own boutique marketing agency in Sydney with my husband, and in more recent years have been lucky enough to be chosen to speak at multiple empowerment and business events, and have also founded my business as a career and business coach and mentor for WoC. I’m also a mother and a wife. However, my journey has not always been easy.

There were quite a few hurdles I had to overcome and a bunch of things I had to learn along the way.

From a career of identifying and overcoming the many challenges that I faced, through self-limiting beliefs, social pressures and other internal and external factors, to now have the mindset, direction, and tactics that allow me to excel, my mission in life is helping others with similar hurdles do the same.
